This page shows a list of common questions asked by customers.
Some samples are free of charge, you only need to bear the international courier fee. For high-value products, sample fee will be charged, which can be deducted from the bulk order payment formally placed later.
Each product is equipped with a COA certificate of analysis. Custom parameters are available per customers’ technical requirements, and the inspection report will be attached with each shipment.
Small trial orders are acceptable for regular in-stock goods. More favorable unit price is offered for bulk purchases. Please contact our sales team for the exact MOQ of target items.
The official quotation is valid for 15 days, subject to raw material price and exchange rate fluctuations. Annual price-locking contracts are available for long-term key clients.
What payment terms do you accept?
In-stock products will be shipped within 3-7 working days. Customized bulk orders take 10-20 working days. The exact delivery schedule will be confirmed before order placement.
Full container load (FCL) / less than container load (LCL) sea freight, air freight and international express for samples are all available. We support delivery to designated ports or your door address.
Private label, customized outer package and customer logo sticking are supported. Neutral export packaging without factory information is available to protect your local market.
