Polydimethylsiloxane is formally named trimethylsiloxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, also known as Model 201 silicone fluid, a non-reactive general-purpose silicone fluid. Its linear backbone consists of repeated dimethylsiloxane units capped with inert trimethylsilyl groups at both terminals without reactive functional groups

Flash Point: ≥150℃, high-viscosity grades reach 300℃, ultra-low volatility
Pour Point: -40 ~ -65℃, stable fluidity under low temperature
Storage Requirements
Store in tightly sealed containers in cool and dry warehouses at 5–30℃, general light shielding is sufficient.
Keep away from concentrated strong acids and strong oxidants; long-term high-temperature exposure causes slight oxidative discoloration.
Maintain airtight packaging against moisture and dust; standard shelf life is 12 months.
Separate from open flames and high-temperature heat sources, keep warehouse well ventilated and dry.
Viscosity (25℃): 5–100000 cSt

Raw material for skincare & color cosmetics: Hair conditioning, skin moisturizing, sunscreen and gloss booster with non-greasy touch.
Food & pharmaceutical auxiliary: Antifoam for food processing, oral simethicone for flatulence (special food/pharmaceutical grades).
Polishing & maintenance agent: Gloss and waterproof care for automobiles, furniture, leather and floors.
High-temperature bath oil for laboratory use, damping fluid for precision instruments.
