Appearance: Milky white translucent pellets
Density: 0.94–0.96 g/cm³
Melting Point: 80–95℃
Key Features: Polar methyl acrylate side chains are incorporated into molecular chains, offering outstanding flexibility, low-temperature toughness and flex resistance. It features strong adhesion to PE, PP, PVC, aluminum foil and paper. Remains flexible without brittleness under low temperature and boasts excellent stress crack resistance, higher transparency than HDPE and LDPE, good resistance to weak acids, weak alkalis and grease. Its heat resistance is average, with long-term service temperature below 70℃.
Solubility: Insoluble in water, alcohols and alkanes at ambient temperature; soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and esters under high temperature.
Stability: Stable at room temperature; prone to yellowing and aging under long-term UV exposure. Thermal decomposition occurs above 200℃, releasing irritating methyl acrylate fumes.
Storage: Seal and store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, keep away from heat sources, open flames and direct sunlight.

1. Lamination Adhesion Layer for Composite Packaging
Suitable for aluminum-plastic composite films and flexible food packaging, and serves as base stock for extrusion coating. It enhances bonding strength between films and metal or paper substrates.
2. Toughening Modifier for Plastics
Modifies PE, PP and PVC to improve low-temperature impact resistance and anti-cracking performance.
3. Raw Material for Hot-Melt Adhesives & Coatings
Low-temperature hot-melt adhesives, coating resin for paper and textiles, and raw material for sealing layers.

Modification substrate for flexible cable sheaths to boost bending resistance.
